Our Team

Applied Life Leaders Academy is dedicated to nurturing the next generation of leaders through a nine-month internship program. Our goal is to instill a strong Biblical worldview while providing practical life skills that empower young individuals to reach their potential in Christ.

Director's Message

At Applied Life Leaders Academy, we believe some of the greatest growth in life happens beyond the classroom. Our desire is to create an environment where young adults can genuinely grow in their relationship with God while learning how to live out His Word in everyday life. Through hands-on ministry, intentional mentoring, church community, and real-life experiences, interns are challenged, encouraged, and equipped to discover who God has called them to be.

One of the things that makes Leaders Academy unique is the heart of our staff. We genuinely love this generation and are deeply committed to seeing young adults thrive spiritually, emotionally, and practically. Our staff intentionally invests in each intern through personal relationships, encouragement, discipleship, and consistent connection. We believe life change happens in the context of meaningful relationships, and we work hard to ensure every intern is known, valued, and supported throughout their journey.

Our heart is to help develop confident, grounded leaders who will carry the love and truth of Christ into their families, churches, workplaces, and communities while walking in the victorious life that Jesus came to give them.

MISSION

Applied Life Leaders Academy exists to raise up a generation of leaders who are not only hearers of God’s Word, but doers of it, living out the truth of James 1:22 in everyday life. Through Biblical teaching, intentional mentoring, hands-on ministry, and authentic community, we help young adults grow in their relationship with God, discover their God-given purpose, and develop the character and leadership needed to walk in victory through obedience to Christ. Our heart is to help interns experience the victorious life Jesus came to give them—living with freedom, purpose, spiritual strength, and confidence in who God has called them to be.

Our vision is to raise up a generation of grounded, Spirit-led leaders who confidently live out their faith, serve with humility, lead with integrity, and carry the love and truth of Jesus into every area of life, ministry, and culture.
