OUR TRACKS
Leaders Academy provides interns with hands-on opportunities to serve and grow at Christian Ministries Church, which becomes their home church during their internship year. Through daily ministry involvement in their chosen track, interns develop their God-given gifts and abilities through real-life experience and practical leadership training. Each intern selects a ministry track and actively serves in that area throughout their nine months at LA.
Worship Track
The Worship Track is designed to develop interns with a calling and gifting for worship. Interns work daily alongside skilled worship leaders, gaining hands-on experience and growth. The track is led by worship leader Lukas Vaughn.
Kids Track
The Kids Track places interns in the heart of children’s ministry, offering hands-on experience for those who love kids and want to make a lasting impact in their lives. The track is led by kids pastors Paul and Tiffany Taucher.
Youth Track
Led by youth pastors Hunter Cook and Chloe Cook, this track gives interns hands-on training and real opportunities to grow in youth ministry. Ideal for anyone called to invest in the next generation.
Media Track
The Media Track equips interns with practical skills in video editing, desktop publishing, audio podcast production, soundboard operation, and worship presentation software. Interns gain hands-on experience creating content for ministry and social media. The track is led by LA alumni Reagan Graupner and Jake Driggers.
